Our Services

Drain Cleaning

Slow sinks, gurgling tubs, a shower that fills up around your ankles, a kitchen drain that backs up every few weeks no matter what you pour down it. Store-bought drain chemicals are hard on your pipes and rarely reach the real blockage. We clear kitchen, bathroom, laundry and floor drains with a cable machine sized to the line, and for grease, scale and root build-up we use hydro jetting to scour the pipe wall clean rather than just punch a hole through the clog. If a drain keeps coming back, we can run a camera down the line to find out why.

Water Heater Repair and Installation

No hot water, not enough hot water, water that smells or looks rusty, a tank that pops and rumbles, or a puddle forming underneath it. Some of these are a quick fix: a failed heating element, a thermostat, a pressure relief valve, a pilot or igniter. Others mean the tank has reached the end of its life, which in the Treasure Valley’s hard water is often sooner than the label suggests. We repair and replace gas and electric tank water heaters and install tankless units where they make sense, and we tell you honestly which one you are looking at before any work starts.

Leak Detection and Repair

A water bill that jumped for no reason, a warm spot on the floor, a stain spreading across a ceiling, the sound of running water when nothing is on. Leaks hide behind walls, under slabs and in crawl spaces, and the damage they do is quiet until it is not. We locate leaks with acoustic and thermal equipment so we open up as little of your home as possible, then repair the pipe, joint, valve or fitting that failed. We also fix the obvious ones: dripping faucets, running toilets, leaking supply lines and shut-off valves that will not shut off.

Repiping

Many homes in Boise’s older neighborhoods still run on galvanized steel pipe that is closing up with rust from the inside, and some houses from the 1980s and 90s have polybutylene that fails without warning. Low pressure at every faucet, discolored water in the morning, and a leak every few months are the usual signs. Rather than chasing one failure after another, a whole-home repipe replaces the supply lines with PEX or copper in a few days, with the walls patched and ready for paint when we leave. We plan the job around your household so the water is off for as short a time as possible.

Faucets, Toilets, Sinks and Disposals

The fixtures you use every day. We install and repair kitchen and bathroom faucets, toilets, sinks, showerheads and tub valves, garbage disposals, outdoor hose bibs and shut-off valves. If you have already bought the fixture, we are happy to install it; if you have not, we can recommend models that hold up well in our hard water and bring one with us. A running toilet or a dripping faucet wastes more water than most people expect, so these small jobs usually pay for themselves.

Sewer Line Repair and Replacement

Multiple drains backing up at once, sewage smell in the yard or basement, a patch of lawn that is greener and softer than the rest, or a toilet that gurgles when the washing machine drains. These usually point to the main sewer line, and in the Treasure Valley the cause is most often tree roots, a bellied or cracked clay line, or a joint that has shifted. We start with a camera inspection so you can see the problem for yourself, then give you the options: a spot repair, a lining, or a replacement, with trenchless methods where the yard allows.

Emergency Plumbing

A burst pipe, a water heater dumping forty gallons across the garage, a sewer backup, no water at all. If it cannot wait until morning, call the office number, (208) 555-0147, at any hour and it will ring through to the technician on call. While you wait, shut off the water at the main valve if you can find it (usually where the line enters the house, or at the meter by the street) and move anything you can out of the water’s way. We will tell you what else to do when you call.

Commercial Plumbing

Restaurants, offices, retail spaces, small warehouses and rental properties across the valley rely on us for repairs, fixture replacement, water heater service, backflow testing, grease trap and floor drain cleaning, and the odd job that a tenant reports at five o’clock on a Friday. Property managers get one number to call and a technician who writes down what was done. We schedule around your business hours wherever we can.
